Do you know what you should do in the event of a pet emergency? Many pet owners are not prepared to handle basic non-life-threatening injury situations that commonly affect pets over the course of their lives.
Join Stanna Balestri, the only certified PetTech instructor in Iowa, as she leads you through a hands-on class covering all you need to know about Pet First Aid & CPR. Participants will leave feeling confident that they can properly respond to help their pet in the case of an emergency. PetTech is the preimier Pet CPR, First Aid and Care Training organization in the country. Classes are limited to 20 participants, so sign-up today!
The Pet Tech CPR, First Aid Class will cover:
- ABCs of pet first aid
- Assessing your pet's vitals
- Rescue breathing
- Canine and feline CPR
- Snout-to-tail assessment
- How to help your pet in a medical emergency
- Caring for your senior pet
- Wellness assessment
- How to build your own pet first aid kit
and much, much more!
You will also receive a book to refer back to and a certificate which is good for two years.
The Pet CPR/First Aid class includes breaks and discussion. Please bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks.
Registration fee: $125
