Bring your humans and your pet for a one-of-a-kind holiday photo! 

Join us for the 38th Annual Santa N Paws at ARL! Bring the whole family, humans and pets alike, for a photo to celebrate the 2024 holiday season! You don't have to own a pet, or even bring them to participate, holiday photos of any kind are welcome.

BOOKING SPECIAL 

Book your time slot for Nov 1 - 3 and receive a FREE holiday gift bag for you and your pet. Gift bags include Animal House discounts, treats for cats or dogs and more! 

Reservations must be made by November 1. Only those who attend their reserved time slot for the dates above will be eligible for a free gift bag. 

Reserve A Photo Session

When you sign up and reserve a 5-minute time slot, you won't have to wait in line and will be given priority! It costs $10 to reserve your time slot which will go towards the photo package you purchase at check in.

Walk-Ins: We accept walk-ins based on availability, but please note that reservations will be given priority. Walk-ins must wait until there is an opening to take photos.

Know Before You Go

• Arrive to your photo session no earlier than 10 minutes to check-in. A volunteer will help you select your desired package(s) and delivery method!
• CHEESE! An ARL photo assistant will work with your pet to capture a good photo so all you have to do is smile for the camera, we'll take care of the rest!
• You will get the option to have your picture taken with one of our jolly Santa volunteers!
• All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier before and after your photo session!
• If you have a reactive pet, we suggest booking the first or last time slot!
  • Please let our staff know ahead of time by emailing events@arl-iowa.org or letting our volunteers know upon check-in so we can help make this a paw-sitive experience!

When will I receive my photos?

• Photos will be available for pickup on December 2 at the location selected on the order form
• Digital photos will be emailed to the address provided on the order form on December 2
• If you have selected to receive your photos via mail, your photos will be placed in the mail no later than December 2
  • The ARL is not responsible for any damage or delays experienced through shipping
