Do you have trouble fitting in a six week training class? Come try our FAST TRACK program, 1 classes a week for four weeks. Fast Track Puppy Kindergarten is offered at ARL's main location (5452 NE 22nd St, Des Moines) and the first class begins on Feb. 3, 2019.
FAST TRACK PUPPY KINDERGARTEN is for puppies between 8 weeks and 18 weeks of age on the first day of class. This class helps puppies start off on the right paw using positive reinforcement techniques. The class meets once a week for four weeks. Puppies do not attend the first week of class. Topics to be covered will include, but are not limited to:
Understanding canine behavior and communication
House Training
Biting/Mouthing
Socialization
Introduction to basic manners: sit, down, come, stay.
How positive reinforcement works and why we use it
Problem solving
Problem prevention
Training tricks for fun and to impress your friends
The first week of Fast Track Puppy Kindergarten is orientation only - puppies do not attend the first week of class.
Fee
This class is $100. Fees for classes are subject to change and are non-refundable.
