HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. – Adorable and petite black kitty with a little white tip on her tail

– Very friendly cat with an easygoing personality who enjoys meeting new people

– Affectionate cat who enjoys getting all the pets, often head bumping and purring to show her appreciation

– She likes being in the same room as you. She will occasionally curl up in your lap. She will sleep on your bed at night, occasionally snuggling up next to your face

– She enjoys cat trees by a window, especially when it is sunny

– She is mostly a napper but also likes to explore her environment. She has not been very playful in her foster home, but does get the zoomies on occasion

– She has a strong preference for wet food but will nibble on dry food left out between meals. She really likes cat treats. She drinks from a pet water fountain in her foster home, but also drinks from a bowl

– She is mostly a calm and quiet cat, but she has an expressive voice when she has something to say

– Stressed around dogs and other cats (happiest as only pet)

– May have feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC), but has been doing great in a foster home and has shown no signs of the condition there (more info at ARL)

– This cat is currently taking a prescription medication to help with her anxiety (more information at the ARL)

All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age)
