At the Iowa Dog Jog, you'll strengthen your bond and probably also make some new friends along the way! Pick your choice of 2K or 4K, and then enjoy a rockin' dog festival full of fun activities for you and your dog, such as paw-print painting, off-leash dog parks with separate areas for large and small dogs, visit with great vendors and rescue groups, dog contests (including a whip cream eating contest...for your dog, not you) and so much more.

BYOD EVENT ("Bring Your Own Dog")
We love dogs, that’s why we’re all here, right? For the safety of all dogs at the Iowa Dog Jog, please make sure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations. No retractable leashes. We will have plenty of water for drinking and playing after your pups big adventure on the course!

SUPPORT HOMELESS PETS
The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is Iowa's largest nonprofit animal shelter, caring for and finding homes for thousands of animals each year. By participating in the Iowa Dog Jog - you are helping the ARL to CHANGE LIVES!

Collect some sWAG when you create a fundraising page to further support the homeless animals at the ARL! Everyone wins - you get cool stuff, and the animals feel the love, too! Raise money to earn the badges below and show them off to your family and friends!
