The Animal Rescue League Animal Services is a division of the Animal Rescue League of Iowa that is contracted by the City of Des Moines to provide animal control services for all neighborhoods within city limits. The division also offers various pet programs and clinics to the local community.

The ARL Animal Services Officers will operate out of the new facility, located on 1441 Harriet St., 365 days a year providing a comprehensive array of support.
