Phil Akason

Phil joined DSM Property Services in 2021 as CFO and partner. He has worked in various aspects of finance and accounting since 1991 and specialized in commercial real estate. Prior to joining DSM, Phil worked for Terrus Real Estate Group, Wells Fargo, Principal Financial Group and Ernst & Young.
