As Chief Financial Officer, Phil manages the day-to-day accounting operations for all Terrus lines of business. His experience includes forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting for commercial real estate. He has an extensive understanding of tax and accounting issues as they relate to acquisitions, dispositions and investor transactions in the commercial real estate industry. At Terrus, Phil’s team coordinates the accounting, lease administration and reporting needs of our clients. Services are provided for approximately 4 million square feet of investment, corporate and residential properties and over 1,700 leases. Phil has over 30 years of accounting and financial experience which includes work with Wells Fargo Merchant Services, Principal Financial Group and Ernst & Young.
