- Walks nicely on a leash and knows sit and shake

- Has some trouble getting up onto higher furniture, so may like having stairs to help her get on the bed or couch

- Does great in the car

- Appears to be crate trained and potty trained, just remember any dog may need time to adjust to a new schedule and routine

- Looking for a patient family who will give her time to decompress and open up in her new home

- Has done well with children she has met here in the shelter and may enjoy a home with older kids

- Has done well with some other dogs but may be socially awkward and may be happiest as the only dog in her home (dog intro recommended)

All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)

The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
