Please review the following program requirements, then fill out the application form in its entirety.
Requirements for Pets:
- Minimum one year of age
- Lived in home for minimum 6 consecutive months
- On parasite prevention program (as applicable for the species)
- Good physical health and under the direct care of a licensed veterinarian
- Current on vaccinations, intestinal parasite screening (as applicable for species)
Requirements for ARL TheraPets Volunteers:
- Minimum 18 years of age (minors aged 16-17 can be junior handlers if accompanied by parent/guardian)
- Attend TheraPets Training Workshop (without pet)
- Have own reliable transportation
- Commit to minimum one visit/month
