Eat, drink, dance, and meet adoptable horses at The Mane Event

The Mane Event is the Animal Rescue League of Iowa's premiere horse event, and our primary horse fundraiser of the year!

6:00 pm  The Mane Event begins with a cocktail hour in the barn where you can mingle with adoptable horses and enjoy meeting other ARL supporters.

6:30 pm  The silent auction opens.

6:45 pm  Dinner is served.

7:15 pm  Program - learn more about the Kruidenier Second Chance Ranch at ARL!

7:45 pm  Barn dance and optional games begin. 

8:00 pm  The silent auction closes.

8:45 pm  Barn dance ends, last call.

9:00 pm  Goodnight!

Tickets: $25 for adults (through Sept. 30)    $30 (beginning Oct. 1)   $15 for children (6 and under)

 Purchase a table for eight: $150 (through Sept. 30)  $200 (beginning Oct. 1)

Sponsor a Horse: Sponsor a horse for $100 when you register.
Horse sponsorship includes donor name displayed on horse stall and listed in event program.

About the ARL's Second Chance Ranch

The Kruidenier Second Chance Ranch at ARL Main is home to horses rescued from abuse, neglect and abandonment. The ARL's Second Chance Ranch staff gives the horses the nutrition and care they need to become mentally and physically healthy and find a loving forever home.
