Equine and Wine

Enjoy spending time with the beautiful horses at the ARL's Kruidenier Second Chance Ranch while enjoying a glass (or two) of wine. This is a wine event like no other! 

While you’re here, meet the horses, barn cats and other barn pets in our care. Wine will be available for purchase, and all proceeds support the homeless pets at the ARL. 

We will be demonstrating how the ARL trains the horses at the Kruidenier Second Chance Ranch from 6-7 p.m. while Equine and Wine takes place at the Kruidenier Second Chance Arena from 5-7 p.m. Feel free to sip your wine and visit the barn pets in both buildings!

We ask all event attendees to practice current recommended safety guidelines. If you have questions about our COVID-19 safety measures, please contact events@arl-iowa.org 

Fine print:

We welcome friendly dogs of all sizes and breeds and their responsible owners. For the safety of your dog and others, female dogs should not be in heat and please check with your veterinarian to make sure your dog is up to date on all of its vaccinations. Dogs must be leashed and under control of their owner at all times. No retractable leashes, choke chains, or prong collars are allowed. To learn more about our policy on correction collars, visit this link.

The ARL adheres to a no-refund, no-credit policy. Once registered, if you are unable to attend, please consider your payment a tax-deductible donation. Tickets are non-refundable.
