Ghost is just 6 months old and has already been through so much. He came to the Animal Rescue League in serious pain, struggling to walk with a severely swollen back leg. X-rays in our Miracle Medical Ward showed a long fracture and muscle atrophy, indicating the break isn’t fresh. Sadly, this poor pup has been suffering for a while.
We immediately started him on pain medications and wrapped his leg to keep it stable. He leaned into our touch and closed his eyes as we petted him gently.
